DataW ("DataW," "we," "us," or "our") operates a global data marketplace that connects organizations seeking datasets with verified data collectors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, request or provide data, or otherwise interact with our platform.

Buyers and collectors are responsible for ensuring that data exchanged through projects complies with applicable privacy laws and the permissions of data subjects.
DataW operates globally. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers maintain facilities. When transferring personal data from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other regions with transfer restrictions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms, unless an adequacy decision applies.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of certain sharing (we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA).

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Service and security-related messages may still be sent when necessary for your account.

Project-related data may be retained according to brief requirements, buyer settings, and applicable law. DataW is not directed to individuals under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Our platform may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for the content or data handling of external sites.
